Placements for the outgoing students stands as a testimony to the quality of teaching that the college offers. We are proud to say that each and every deserving student goes out of the college with an excellent job in hand. Gupta College’s Placement cell is a very active and happening place in the college. The HR Officer takes the complete responsibility of identifying students’ strengths and placing them in the roles that fit them perfectly. On the other hand he/she will also talk to the companies interested to hire our students and understands the job profiles they are offering.
As soon as the students reach their last semester of the course, the grooming activity for the placements will also begin. The HR Officer talks to the students ready for placements, evaluate their skills, understands their background and accordingly fixes up the training on Resume writing, Interview facing skills, Group Discussion, Mock Interviews and Corporate Etiquettes. Placement cell also conducts communication and presentation classes for students who are weak in English and Presentation. All the students are placed through the campus interviews held during the last semester of the course.
